Furthermore, Company accepts no liability whatsoever for the safety, reliability, durability and performance of any of its products. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever, arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of our products. You (“Customer”) assume all responsibility for using each product as it is intended, including, but not limited to, mounting any and all wall-hanging products into wall studs or using some
other secure fastening device, as these products are heavy and will not be supported by simple drywall installation. Further, installing products outdoors is not recommended as products are large and can be pulled from installation by the wind or other natural occurrences. Customers who install products outdoors assume this risk and forever release and indemnify company for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life,
whatsoever, arising out of or connected with the installation of products outdoors.
